Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of enevora.com and any purchase made through it, operated by DuoForgeGlobal LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to place an order on this site.

2. Our Products

Our products are cosmetic/topical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, have not been evaluated by the FDA unless stated otherwise on the product label, and individual results vary. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, consult a physician before use. Product descriptions and images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or refuse any order, including after payment, if we suspect fraud, find a pricing or listing error, are out of stock, or for another legitimate business reason. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund it in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices at any time; a price change does not affect an order you already placed and had confirmed. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Subscriptions

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 60-Day Guarantee and 90-Day Return Window, are described in our Refund Policy. If you subscribe to recurring shipments, the Subscription Policy also applies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the site's normal operation, or to scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of it without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The site's content, including text, graphics, logos, and product imagery, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for a commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

8. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with marketing our products. We only publish reviews from verified purchasers, do not publish paid or fabricated reviews without disclosure, and do not remove genuine negative reviews except for content that is abusive, off-topic, or unlawful.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, other than any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@enevora.com so we can try to resolve it informally. [Optional: add a binding arbitration and class-action-waiver clause here if the operator wants one; have an attorney review the exact clause and confirm it is enforceable in Delaware and does not conflict with any non-waivable consumer right in the customer's own state.]

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. This version is effective as of September 18, 2026.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
